Our history

Warehouse Carpet is a local family-owned business since 1973. Our first two locations were on Nanticoke Ave in Endicott and Glenwood Ave in Binghamton. We later outgrew our Nanticoke Ave location and moved in 1976 to a much larger facility on Watson Blvd in Endwell.

Warehouse Carpet expanded into Ithaca in 1984 and then in 1998 to the Elmira area. We have received numerous manufacturers awards for customer service and have been ranked among the top 125 carpet retailers in the US by Floor Covering Business, an industry trade journal., representing more than 30,000 retailers.

Our new superstore in Johnson City, that opened in October of 2006 has become a model for floor covering stores throughout the industry. Our showrooms are visited by manufacturers and retailers from all over the country.

Our service department has been the focus of national attention.
